The partnership between The Executive Development Group and SilverStone Group allows the NBA to leverage the highly professional services of two well-respected or- ganizations. Paula Pace with The Executive Development Group in Lincoln has worked closely with the NBA on executive coaching, employee training, and performance enhancement for several years. Pace, who holds a master’s degree in education, is a frequent presenter at NBA events. She has worked closely with several Nebraska banks over the years to successfully work through ownership/key staff succession, leadership development, and team building. Founded in 1945 as an insurance firm, the SilverStone Group now employs more than 200 associates specializing in investment, risk management, employee benefits, and human capital development strategies. SilverStone’s part- nership with the NBA will be led by Dr. Danielle Crough, who has been a part of SilverStone’s human capital consult- ing area for nine years where she has worked extensively with numerous Nebraska banks on employee coaching, strategy development, and employee performance maxi- mization. A native of Salina, Kan., Crough holds a Ph.D. in industrial psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Pace and Crough have worked cooperatively on coach- ing projects for several years and have oftenmade referrals to each other, based upon their respective strengths. This new NBA partnership is the first time the two coaching firms have entered into formal partnership.
