Numerous banks, and the NBA, have proactively embraced the executive coach- ing model to help them navigate turbulent issues. Based upon the positive feedback and increased demand from our member institutions, the NBA and The Executive Development Group have recently finalized a partnership with SilverStone Group in Omaha to greatly expand theNBAExecutive Coaching Program. This enhanced program will deliver executive and perfor- mance coaching services in new formats and delivery channels. For example, interested banks now will be able to contract for both shorter- and longer-term coaching opportunities. In ad- dition, banks can direct their coaching services toward select individuals as well as targeted groups. New coaching strate- gies also will more closely tie the coaching of key employees to the growth strategy for the bank. However, the main focus areas of the program will remain the same: ownership and
