The Ag Banking and Finance program is a partnership between the NBA and the UNL Department of Agricultural Economics. Students in the program receive a scholarship and complete a summer banking internship. Since the program’s inception in 2006, nearly $800,000 in scholarships have been awarded to over 500 students. The program is just one of the Nebraska Bankers Associa- tion’s initiatives to engage, attract and retain the next generation of Nebraska bankers.
